先週は、
ベトナムから
私の治療を学びに
1人のドクターが見学に来ておりました
ベトナム、ハノイにある
ベトナム国立がんセンターの
放射線部でがんカテーテル治療を行う先生です
日本の良い治療を学ぼうという姿勢が
素晴らしい
ベトナムでは、
肝臓がんはまだまだ増えていて、
大きな問題となっています
B型肝炎の感染率が
国民の１０％程度あって、
５０歳代以上の肝癌発症率が非常に高いようです
たくさんの全身の薬物治療が肝臓がんでは使えますが、
保険医療が確立していないベトナムでは、
多くの人が高額となる全身の薬物治療が受けられないようです
がんカテーテル治療は、
安価の薬剤を使うので、そういう国々には適しているのです

肝動注化学療法／New FP療法
ReMAP／システムiを用いた先進的ながんカテーテル治療
私から学びたいことがたくさんあると言ってました
今回の見学の中で
２０件のがんカテーテル治療を見る機会がありました
２０件も見れたら、だいぶ勉強になったと思います
全て私が行った治療です
このようにアジアの熱意ある先生が見に来てくれて、
私のがんカテーテル治療を、各地で導入してくれた本当に幸せな事です
いつでも、だれでも、
熱意があれば、見に来てほしいですね
もちろん、日本の熱意ある先生もぜひ見に来てほしいですね
ベトナムには、今回来て下さった先生と協力して、
動注療法を導入するプロジェクトが動き出しています

Good morning, everyone.
This is Dr. Gan-chan.
Last week, I had a special visitor from Vietnam—
a doctor who came to observe and learn my treatment methods.
He is a physician from the Department of Radiology at the Vietnam National Cancer Center in Hanoi,
where he performs catheter-based cancer treatments.
I truly admire his strong determination to learn advanced therapies from Japan.
In Vietnam, liver cancer is still on the rise and has become a major health issue.
The prevalence of hepatitis B infection is around 10% of the population,
and the incidence of liver cancer among people in their 50s and older is extremely high.
Although many systemic drug therapies are now available for liver cancer,
in Vietnam, where a national health insurance system is not yet fully established,
many patients cannot afford these costly systemic treatments.
That is why catheter-based cancer therapy is especially suitable for such countries—
because it can be performed using relatively inexpensive drugs.
• Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization (TACE) / Portal Vein-Artery Concurrent Embolization
• Hepatic Arterial Infusion Chemotherapy (HAIC) / New FP regimen
• ReMAP and advanced catheter therapies using the System i
He told me there were many things he wanted to learn from me.
During his visit, he was able to observe 20 cases of catheter-based cancer treatment—
all of which I personally performed.
I believe this provided him with significant learning opportunities.
It is a true blessing for me when passionate doctors from Asia come to watch and later introduce these treatments in their own countries.
I welcome anyone, anytime—
if you have the passion, please come and observe.
Of course, I also hope that enthusiastic doctors from Japan will visit as well.
In fact, with this visiting doctor, a new project has already begun
to introduce hepatic arterial infusion therapy in Vietnam.
