Hello everyone,
This is Dr. Gan-chan (Hideki Iwamoto).
Today I would like to introduce one of my recent publications.
Our paper has been published in the Journal of Liver Cancer.
In this article, we review systemic treatments for hepatocellular carcinoma, focusing particularly on lenvatinib (Lenvima) and how its therapeutic effect can be maximized through optimized treatment strategies.
In our clinical experience, appropriate treatment strategies can extend the duration of lenvatinib administration to more than twice as long, and in this paper we summarize the key approaches that make this possible.
Because these strategies can be applied not only in Japan but also in clinical settings around the world, we published this work in English.
